The Cyprus
Information Technology Enterprises Association (CITEA) was established in
1987 and is a member of the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation
(OEB). The Association’s objective is to play
a determining role in the balanced growth of information technology in the
Cyprus economy acting as a vehicle of change for the development of the
information society
The Association is the principal representative
of information technology (IT) enterprises in Cyprus and its member companies
belong to all IT related fields:

solutions

consultation
services
·
training,
education, etc.
CITEA and its member companies have undertaken
the important responsibility of watching closely the rapid changes of IT in the
global arena with the purpose of introducing and adopting them to the Cyprus
market. As such, local enterprises in all sectors of the economy (agriculture,
industry, construction, services) have the chance to be kept abreast of the
latest technological developments and compete effectively in an all-competitive
environment. Undoubtedly, this is a very important factor for sustaining the
future of the economy.
The CITEA member
companies comprise more than 90% share of the IT market and operate using the
highest possible standards and procedures aiming to achieve full customer
